At Hemios, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original packaging and tags must be intact
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@tryhemios.shop before sending anything back. Items returned without prior written authorization will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@tryhemios.shop with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will resolve the matter at no additional cost to you.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Hazardous or flammable materials (not applicable to our current catalog)

EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original (once your return is approved) and place a new order separately.

EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING-OFF RIGHT

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without providing any reason. To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, with its original tags and packaging intact, along with valid proof of purchase.
To exercise this right, please notify us at contact@tryhemios.shop within the 14-day window. We will provide return instructions promptly.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at contact@tryhemios.shop and we will investigate immediately.
