ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

United Arab Emirates — 7 to 10 business days
All other countries — 10 to 18 business days
These are estimated timeframes only. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier capacity, customs clearance, or local conditions outside of our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You may use this number to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier's website or via our order tracking page.

Hemios is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier or postal service disruptions
- Customs clearance holds or inspections
- Adverse weather conditions or natural events
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

Hemios is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing. In such cases, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number to open an investigation.
In cases of confirmed loss in transit (not marked as delivered), please contact us at contact@tryhemios.shop so we can review and assist accordingly.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

International customers are solely responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply upon arrival in their country. These charges are levied by local authorities and are entirely outside our control. We do not collect or pre-pay these fees at checkout.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before completing your purchase. Hemios is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.
